About KV SVP National Police Academy, Hyderabad

KendriyaVidyalaya Sardar Vallabhai Patel National Police Academy, Shivarampally was established in the year 1983. Initially the school was started in the barracks of Site –A of SVPNPA Campus. The foundation stone was laid in the year 1994-95 by Shri P.Sankar Sen IPS, Director SVPNPA. The KV SVPNPA Shivarampally New Building was Inaugurated by Shri Sankar Sen IPS,Director SVP National Police Academy(chairman Vidyalaya Management Committee ) on Monday 28 February 1994. The initial Strength of the Vidyalaya was 500. Gradually the strength has increased to 1400. Today the strength of the Vidyalaya is 1439. The Vidyalaya building was expanded by two blocks(ground and Ist floor) one in the primary section and the other in Seconday Section.
